Haven Launcher & Phone Cleaner

Privacy Policy

Effective: September 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes the information practices of the Haven Launcher Team (“we,” “us,” “our”) in connection with Haven Launcher & Phone Cleaner (the “App”) and the related services we provide through it (together, the “Service”). It explains what we obtain, why we obtain it, who else may receive it, how long it is kept, and what you can require of us.

Installing or continuing to use the App indicates your acceptance of the practices set out here. If any part of it is unacceptable to you, please do not install the App, or remove it from your device.

In short

We do not sell your personal information, and we have never done so. We do not request access to your messages, call recordings, photographs for our own review, banking details, health records, or government identifiers. Cleanup scanning is carried out on your device; we receive summary telemetry about the operation, not an inventory of your personal files.

1. How the Two Halves of the App Differ

Haven Launcher bundles two distinct sets of features, and it is worth being explicit about their different relationships to your data, because the permissions each one needs are not the same.

2. Information We Obtain

Information reaches us through four routes: what you hand to us deliberately, what the App records automatically as it runs, what third-party software components gather through their own code, and what our partners report back to us in aggregate.

2.1 Information You Supply Deliberately

2.2 Information Recorded Automatically

Device and system characteristics

Network and connection

Application metadata

Interaction and usage

Advertising parameters

Where information linked to the Android ID or the Advertising ID is combined with advertising behaviour, we treat the resulting combination as personal information and handle it accordingly.

2.3 Information Gathered by Third-Party Components

Advertising and analytics software development kits embedded in the App collect device, network, and diagnostic fields of the kinds listed above directly, through their own code, for ad delivery and measurement, statistical analysis, and abuse prevention. Those fields are processed by the provider concerned under that provider’s own privacy policy; the providers we work with, and links to their policies, appear in Section 6.

2.4 Information Returned by Partners

Our analytics and advertising partners furnish us with aggregated reports, attribution summaries, and performance statistics derived from data they process on our behalf.

2.5 What We Do Not Gather

We confine ourselves to what is reasonably necessary to operate and improve the Service. We do not deliberately obtain special-category or sensitive personal information — health or biometric records, financial account credentials, precise payment card data, government-issued identifiers, or the contents of your private communications. Please do not include information of that kind in support correspondence.

3. Device Permissions, Grouped by the Feature That Needs Them

Android requires your consent for the permissions below. Every one of them is optional and every one may be withdrawn at any time from Settings → Apps → Haven Launcher → Permissions. Withdrawing a permission disables only the feature that depends on it; the rest of the App continues to function.

4. Why We Process Information

4.1 Running and Improving the Service

To make features available, to render your home screen, to execute scans and cleanups, to answer your enquiries and provide technical support, to reproduce and repair defects, to test changes, and to measure performance so that the App works better on the range of devices our users actually own.

4.2 Personalization and Communication

To remember your preferences, to tailor wallpaper and widget suggestions, and to send you service-related messages such as cleanup reminders, update notices, and security advisories.

4.3 Advertising and Measurement

Where you have consented, we and our advertising partners employ collected information — advertising identifiers, coarse location, language, and usage patterns among them — to select advertising that is more likely to be relevant to you and to measure whether a campaign performed. Personalized advertising can be limited at any time from Settings → Google → Ads, where you may reset or delete your advertising identifier. Doing so does not remove advertising from the App; it makes the advertising less targeted.

4.4 Security, Integrity, and Fraud Prevention

To detect and act against abuse, automated or fraudulent traffic, invalid ad activity, unauthorized access, and attempts to interfere with the Service, including by monitoring for anomalous usage patterns and enforcing our Terms of Service.

4.5 Legal Obligations

To satisfy applicable law, to respond to lawful requests from public authorities, to establish or defend legal claims, and to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, the public, or ourselves.

4.6 Aggregation

To produce aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized statistics that cannot reasonably be traced back to you, which we may then use or disclose for any lawful purpose.

5. Legal Grounds for Processing

For individuals in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, our processing rests on one or more of the following bases:

Consent, where it is the basis, may be withdrawn at any moment. Withdrawal takes effect going forward and does not render unlawful anything processed before it.

6. Third-Party Partners

We work with the following providers for attribution, analytics, and advertising. Each handles information under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to read:

We neither control nor accept responsibility for the privacy practices of these or any other third parties. Should our partner list change materially, this section will be updated.

7. When Information Is Disclosed

Our position on selling data

We do not sell personal information, and we do not disclose it in exchange for money or other valuable consideration.

Disclosure occurs only in the circumstances below:

8. Cookies and Comparable Technologies

The App itself does not set cookies in the way a website does. Third-party libraries embedded within it, and any web page opened inside the App, may nevertheless use cookies, local storage, SDK identifiers, or comparable technologies for measurement and advertising. These can be controlled through your device settings and, for web content, through your browser settings. Restricting them may reduce the functionality of some features.

9. How Long Information Is Kept

Personal information is retained only for as long as is reasonably required for the purpose for which it was obtained, plus any additional period the law obliges us to observe or that is needed to resolve a dispute or enforce our agreements. In practice:

Once the purpose is exhausted, information is deleted or irreversibly de-identified. A deletion request may be made at any time as described in Section 12.

10. Safeguards

We apply technical and organizational measures proportionate to the sensitivity of the information we hold, including:

No transmission over the internet and no method of electronic storage is entirely secure. While we work to protect what we hold, absolute security cannot be guaranteed, and we ask you to exercise judgment about what you send us.

11. Cross-Border Transfers

Information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries other than the one you live in, where data protection law may differ from the law of your own jurisdiction. Where personal information leaves the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on an appropriate transfer mechanism — most commonly the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, together with supplementary measures where these are needed — so that the protection described in this Policy travels with the data.

12. Your Rights

Subject to the law of your jurisdiction, the rights below are available to you. To exercise any of them, write to help@geocare.online. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we will respond within the period the applicable law prescribes.

12.1 Access

You may ask us to confirm whether we hold personal information about you and to provide a copy of it, together with an account of the purposes and recipients involved.

12.2 Correction

You may ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or to complete information that is incomplete, except where the App already allows you to do so yourself.

12.3 Erasure

You may ask us to delete personal information where it is no longer necessary for the purpose it was obtained for, where you have withdrawn the consent it rested on, or where you have objected and no overriding ground for continued processing exists.

12.4 Restriction

You may ask us to pause processing while we verify contested accuracy, while an objection is under consideration, or where processing is unlawful but you prefer restriction to erasure.

12.5 Portability

Where processing rests on consent or contract and is carried out automatically, you may ask for a copy in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, or ask that it be sent directly to another controller where that is technically feasible.

12.6 Objection

You may object at any time to processing founded on our legitimate interests, and at any time and without qualification to processing for direct marketing.

12.7 Withdrawal of Consent

Any consent you have given may be withdrawn, either through the relevant setting in the App or on your device, or by writing to us.

12.8 Complaint

We would prefer the chance to resolve a concern directly, so please raise it with us first. You retain, in any event, the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in your country of residence, place of work, or the place where you believe an infringement occurred.

13. California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you reside in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act affords you the following additional rights:

Submit a verifiable consumer request to help@geocare.online. We respond within forty-five (45) days, extendable by a further forty-five (45) days where reasonably necessary and where notice of the extension is given. Requests to know may be made twice within any twelve-month period. An authorized agent may act on your behalf where you have provided appropriate written permission.

14. Children

The Service is designed for a general audience and is not directed to children under thirteen (13). We do not knowingly obtain personal information from a child under thirteen. If we learn that we have done so, that information will be deleted promptly. A parent or guardian who believes a child has supplied us with personal information should contact us using the details in Section 17, and we will act without delay. Where California law applies, users aged thirteen to sixteen must give affirmative consent before their personal information may be used for certain advertising purposes.

15. External Links

Advertising units and other elements within the Service may take you to websites and applications operated by others. Those destinations are outside our control, this Policy does not extend to them, and we encourage you to consult the privacy policy of any site you reach.

16. Revisions to This Policy

This Policy may be revised to reflect changes in our practices, in the technologies we rely on, in our partner arrangements, or in the law. When a revision is material, we will update the effective date shown at the top and, where the circumstances warrant it, provide additional notice within the App or through another channel likely to reach you. Continued use of the Service after a revision takes effect signifies your acceptance of it. Previous versions are available from us on request.

17. Contact Us
